William Clyde Campbell

William (Bill) Clyde Campbell, 65, of Trent, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019, in Wichita Falls, Texas after a lengthy Illness. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 10:00am at Fry~Smith Funeral Home, directed by Fry~Smith Funeral Home, Tuscola. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home. Bill was born to Frank and Elberta Campbell on March 14, 1954, in Frame, WV.

Bill married his high school sweetheart, Reiko (Smith) Campbell of 48 years. Bill and Reiko were married in Fallbrook, California on April 17, 1971. They had four children together, William Dewayne Campbell of Montrose, Co., Christine Yvonne Alverson of Silt, Co., Robert Daniel Campbell of Grand Junction, Co., and Sharon Jeanette Gibson of Plano, Tx.

Bill loved camping, fishing, hunting, music, cooking, and taking anything technology related apart just to see how it works

He is survived by his loving wife, Reiko Campbell; his sister Rosemary Leggett; Niece Rebecca Gilbert of Abilene, Tx.; sister Tina Louise Salerno of Summerfield, FL.; their four children, twenty grandchildren, and seventeen great-granchildren.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, Frank Campbell his mother, Elberta (Flowers)​ Campbell and his brother Charles Franklin Campbell.

He was a very loving father, brother, son, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed dearly by his loved ones.
