TUSCOLA: Wally Jude Vicknair Sr., "Vick", a devoted husband, beloved father and life-long Louisiana football fan passed on Saturday, December 19, 2015. He will always be remembered as a caring and fun-loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather by his family.
Vick never met a stranger and loved to share stories of his adventures throughout his life. He was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union, which took on an adventure into New Jersey before finally settling into his home in Tuscola, Texas. While in Texas, Vick enjoyed helping his friends and family, and serving his community as shown through his term with City Council, and a proud member of American Legion and Lion's Club and was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Tuscola. His love of music and Cajun food was passed down to all his children and grandchildren. Many hours were spent listening to Sammy Kershaw, George Jones and Bob Seger while enjoying cracklings.
