Teresa Elaine (Zimmerlee) Gregory

Teresa Zimmerlee Gregory, 61 passed away at her home in Abilene on October 2, 2021. Visitation will be Sunday, October 10, 2021 3:00 - 5:00 PM at Fry-Smith Funeral Home. Services will be Monday, October 11, 2021 10:30 AM at Lawn Baptist Church with Diane Walker and Mark Moore officiating. Burial immediately following at Dewey Cemetery. Arrangements directed by Fry-Smith Funeral Home, Tuscola, Texas.

Teresa was born May 1, 1960 in Abilene, Texas to Johnny and Bernie Zimmerlee. Being born a twin, she loved to tell the story about being the "surprise". She grew up in Lawn and attended school at Jim Ned, graduating in 1978. She loved people especially the elderly and less fortunate. God gave Teresa the gift of turning strangers into friends, and the gift of making people feel special. Her hobby was finding treasures at estate and garage sales. She loved Harleys and rock-n-roll.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Mark Gregory of Abilene, daughter Stephanie McClure and husband T.J. of Midland, daughter Megan Norman and husband Terry of Brady, grandchildren Sawyer, Ellis, John Davis, Atticus, and Jude, brother James Zimmerlee and wife Karren of Lawn, sister Paula Connel and husband Mitchell of Lawn, her best friend and twin sister Twylah Stewart and her husband Tony of Ozona, aunt and uncle Bettye and Frank Garza of Lawn, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
