Patty Wayne (Adams) Rosson

WINTERS: Patty Rosson, 85, beloved Mother and Wife, was called to her eternal resting place on Sunday, February 18, 2018. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at the First Baptist Church, Winters, at 1:00 pm, directed by Fry~Smith Funeral Home, Tuscola. A visitation will be Wednesday, February 21, from 5 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home in Tuscola.

She entered this world on March 4, 1932, in Bradshaw, TX, born to Chester and Wilma (McMillan) Adams.

Patty was an active member of FBC of Winters where she sang in the choir. She was known for her generous and giving spirit. She rarely left her house without her car being loaded with food to give to others. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining in her home, gardening, playing Bridge, and square dancing.

She is survived by her husband Robert Kenneth Rosson; son Tony Rosson and daughter-in-law Darlus; son Kerry Rosson and daughter-in-law Tracy; daughter Julie Hynes & son-in-law Randy; daughter Gina Springfield and son-in-law Keith; brother Jerry Adams & sister-in-law Donna. She had twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; one brother; and grandson, Jesse.
