Homer Hobson Hutto
December 19, 1930 — November 14, 2018
Homer Hutto Jr. passed peacefully November 14, 2018 surrounded by his children and numerous family members. He was preceded in death by wife, Earlene, father, Homer Sr., mother, Erma Mae and brother, James.
Homer's wisdom, faith in God, and witty sense of humor, made him loved by many. He was an accomplished printer publisher in the graphic arts industry. After retiring, he he spent many hours guiding hunters on several hunting leases and began driving for local dealerships enjoying companionship with other retirees.
He had a great love for nature and spent countless hours teaching his children and grandchildren to enjoy and appreciate it. The family farm was used as an education center for many school children and birding groups.
He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Hobbs and husband David; son, Mark Hutto, son, Mike Hutto and wife Jennifer; and daughter, Cindy Yates and husband Roy; and 32 grandchildren.
A visitation and celebration of Homer's life will be held November 17, at 2:00 pm at Fry-Smith Funeral Home, 502 Kent Ave. Tuscola.
