Hazel Bradley Neff, 88, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on August 2, 2021. She was born February 22, 1933, in Ballinger, Texas to Dan and Hazel Golden Bradley. Hazel accepted Jesus as her savior as a young girl and was baptized in Elm Creek.
She married Cecil Neff July 5, 1947, in Junction, Texas. She enjoyed caring for her family, gardening, needlework, and cooking. She worked for the Abilene State School for nearly twenty years until retiring to spend more time with her family.
She was preceded in death by Cecil, her husband of seventy-two years, her parents, brother, Claude Bradley, and four sisters, Janie Houston, Mary Smith, Maude Steaffle, and Lucille Shepperd.
She is survived by her children, Linda Fry and her husband Don; Karen Rose and her husband Danny; and their son Pat Neff. She was Nanny to ten grandchildren, Charles Fry, Michael Fry, Keith Fry, Mendy Fry, Dustin Rose, Lance Rose, Janie Neff, Kayla Dudley, Jory Neff, and James Neff. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
