Donny Gene Adams
July 15, 1955 — October 12, 2015
Donny Adams, 60, our beloved father and friend, passed away on October 12th, 2015 in Abilene, Tx. He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Ann Adams, his daughters Amy Renee Sanford, Larie Kay Denson , Mandy Lynn Mae Adams-Slaughter, his son Justin Edward Rainey, and grandkids Andrew Michael Dunn, Cailey Renee Sanford, Renee Lynlee Slaughter, Katie Lynn Slaughter, Caleb Michael Denson, Jonah Scott Slaughter, and Owen Ray Denson. He was predeceased by his father William Adams, his mother Lula Irene Adams, and his brother Ricky Lynn McGinnis.
Memorial services for Donny will be held Friday October 16th at the chapel at the Buffalo Gap Cemetery in Buffalo Gap, Tx followed by a get together, to remember Donny, at the Saloon in Buffalo Gap. There will also be a visitation Thursday, from 5-7pm, at Fry~ Smith Funeral Home in Tuscola, Tx for those who are unable to attend the services. In lieu of flowers, perform a random act of kindness for someone in need. To know Donny was to love him and he was always there to help out when you really needed him. Help us honor his memory by imparting that spirit of companionship upon your fellow man and making this world a better place in his name.
