Cynthia Pappas, 48, beloved Partner, Aunt, Godmother, and Confidant was called to her eternal resting place on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. She entered this world on October 23, 1968, in Sun Valley, CA, born to Ramon and Nancy Pappas.
She was a dedicated employee for Arby's on EN 10th street, in Abilene, where she spent 18 years working next to her rock Jeremy and where she met many of her closest friends. Cynthia had a large adopted family with whom she spent the last decade with, and along with a loving partner, Tammy Wafer.
She was a Godmother to Malorie Bowen, Natalie Bowen, and little man, Hayden Alexander.
She is survived by her friend Lisa Alexander and her wife Melisa of Abilene; father Ramon Pappas of Texas; partner, Tammy Wafer of Abilene. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 29, 2017, 4:00 pm. at Fry-Smith Funeral Home, 502 Kent Ave, Tuscola, TX 79562.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother Nancy Wood Neumann in 1999; "G-Ma" Shirley
