Adam Quintanilla

April 25, 1964 — February 7, 2017

Adam Quintanilla was born on April 25, 1964 in Winters, Texas to Artemio and Guadalupe Quintanilla. He grew up and lived his early years in Plainview, Texas. He moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in his teenage years and returned to Ovalo, Texas where he graduated from Jim Ned High School in 1983.

He married the love of his life, Elsa, after a year and a half of dating on January 17, 1984. They moved to Grand Prairie and he began working at Goezler's Industries in March, where he stayed for 32 years.

They welcomed their son, Jacob, in July of 1986 and their daughter, Danielle, in May of 1990. He devoted his life to raising his kids and providing for his family. He enjoyed watching western movies and listening to rock and country music. He was a jokester and kid at heart, always involved with his kids and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Artermio Quintanilla, and brother-in-law, Alfredo Ochoa Jr.

Adam is survived by his wife Elsa; children, Jacob and Danielle; mother Guadalupe; brothers Eloy and wife Diane, Artemio Jr. and wife Anna, and Ruben; sisters Mary and husband Florencio, Emma and husband Sam, Lilly and Janie; several nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed by his entire family and friends.
